Braised beef pieces with freshly chopped spring onion and coriander, roasted peppers and quinoa and lightly mixed with sweet chilli (gf)
The Chicken One
Grilled chicken tossed in penne pasta with a homemade almond and basil Pesto , roasted courgette and toasted sunflower seeds
The Bacon One
Honey roasted bacon loin, chopped and mixed with a couscous salad of herbs, mixed Vegetables, cherry tomatoes and topped with roasted sesame seeds
The Vegi One
Roasted butternut squash or sweet potato with quinoa, broccoli and cherry tomatoes topped with roasted almonds and a sprinkle of feta cheese (v) (gf)
The 1985 One
eef / ham or chicken on a bed of leaves with the classics – coleslaw, potato salad, tomato wedges, cheddar cheese and a hard boiled egg (gf)
The Beanie One
A selection of mixed beans and chickpeas with orzo pasta, roasted onions and peppers and homemade pesto (v, vg)
The Noodle One
Freshly prepared noodle salad with a stir fry of fresh vegetables, grilled chicken pieces, coriander, all infused In a sweet chilli and teriyaki sauce
